Little Ol’ Moi
Yeah…hi. *Waves*
So, you’re here to learn a little bit about me, huh?
I’m a full time bio-mom to three. A full time step-mom to 2. A wife. A sex-goddess…er…domestic engineer. Wanna be writer. Cat collector (5 cats…is definitely considered a collection).
I love writing…well, it’s more like typing, isn’t it? But, you know what I mean…right?
And why…is this the hardest post to write? About me. I have no problem rambling on and on at the main place…but here…*blush* I’m a little shy.
I started blogging in 2006 at a now defunct blog called Such Simple Pleasures. When I became the outcast of My husbands family, I shut it down in order to preserve the sanctity of marriage and all that goes along with it but, I couldn’t stay away from blogging so I resurfaced here at Rock and Drool where I intermittently blog, rant and write short stories on a non-regular basis. My blog is niche-less and is one of the loves of my life as well as one of the banes of my existence.
I am also the founder of You Won’t Go Blind, a site dedicated to informing, entertaining and empowering people to embrace their sexuality in a non-threatening environment, one that the reader wouldn’t be ashamed to be caught perusing.
Along with another blogger, I runs a site called Blogger Comment Club which was born in effort to preserve the lost art of commenting.
Lastly, I am the co-founder of Smart Savvy Social, a Metro Detroit based social media company. I do NOT claim to be a guru but I think my business partneris.
Since becoming a blogger, I have written for online publications and have actually gotten paid for my words. I’ve done a little independent social media dabbling for personal clients. I have also been featured on WDIV, the Detroit Free Press and has appeared on the Dr. Phil Show where I SWEAR I was the worst guest ever and was sure my segment would end up on Talk Soup, which, I’m somewhat pleased to say, did not.
I am married with too many kids and way too many pets.
When I’m not hiding out in my bathroom, you can find me Twittering and Facebooking.
