It’s getting to be a lot like Halloween! Halloween has always been my kids favorite time of year, right next to Chanukka. Candy. Presents. Two of their favorite words! If you combine the two, they are even happier.
If anyone is out there is like me, I’m last minute Charlie. I buy my pumpkins the day before Halloween. Which doesn’t leave me a lot of time to decorate said last-minute pumpkins! I also wait until the day of to purchase the candy, otherwise I’ll eat it. Yeah, it’s an issue!
I’m not big on carving. In fact, I avoid using a knife to decorate at all cost. Sometimes my husband will carve the pumpkins but that’s just to get at the seeds in order to bake them! To be honest, carving pumpkins makes me nervous. I have visions of chopped off fingers and bloody carnage. I mean, as far as Halloween decorating goes, that would be a perfect addition. But, I prefer the store bought plastic kind!
There are so many amazing things you can do to decorate your Halloween pumpkins without even touching a knife. Check out these 10 no-carve Halloween Pumpkin ideas I’ve found while figuring out what to do with the ones that are going to sit on my front porch.
