Disclaimer: This post is riddled with Amazon Affiliate links but that doesn’t change the fact that these are a few of my favorite things on this planet besides my husband and children. Also, I like my dogs but not when they are incessantly barking at squirrels, people and nothing in particular.
I love products. My husband would roll his eyes at me right now, simply because I used the word ‘product’ in a sentence. He hates that word in reference to beauty stuff. I don’t know why but I don’t necessarily care, either. Because, I throw that word around like it’s quarters in a slot machine (does that even make any sense?).
Because of my love for products and the fact that I’m trying to figure out this whole affiliate thing (hey, a girl’s gotta make money), I thought I’d do a product post. Hey honey, look, I used the word product twice in one sentence.
There are a few beauty products that I absolutely love and swear by. I swear, I’m not just saying that for the sake of sticking in an affiliate link, either. I also don’t like to spend a fortune, except for when it comes to eyeshadows. I spend a fortune on eyeshadow. I can’t help it, it’s a weakness. Pretty colors all stuck together in a pretty package, just to be smeared on an eyelid? Oh, be still my heart. Also..bronzer. That’s another weakness. And, mascara. Oh, and eyeliner. I think that’s about it, though. Oh wait..I like hair products, too. And, I’m not afraid to spend a little money on those gels and mousse’s.
So, without further ado, here are make up products I actually can’t live without ever since I’ve discovered them. The images are clickable and will take you directly to the product on Amazon’s site.
Mascara Out of the three of my favorite mascaras, my most favorite and one that I’m stocking up on…Wet ‘n’ Wild. Long, long lashes without the clump that a lot of the extreme lash mascaras have a tendency toward.
Bronzer I recommend all three of these highly. The Too Faced is my favorite, at the moment. But, Cargo and Physicians Formula are both pretty awesome, too.
Eyeshadow I own all 3 of these which makes putting my eyes on a little more complex than I’d like. Because, I can never decide which one to use. I love the Naked. The Too Faced is awesome and smells good. The thing I like about ELF is how inexpensive it is compared to the others and the quality isn’t bad, either. The only thing about ELF is that the eyeshadow does have a tendency to powder a bit.
There is one moisturizer and one moisturizer only. Oil of Olay. Hands down, the best.
