Halloween starts the downward fall into holiday season and way too many sweets and rich foods. I have a hard time with this too and I am tempted to throw away the candy in the house so I won’t be tempted. Arghh! Seems my kids can hang onto this candy for MONTHS. We finally dump it at Christmas to make room for the stocking treats. And this continues through Valentines day. Good luck and hang in there. We can all relate.

I know the call of candy….I can’t resist it.

I didn’t sign up for anything, but started exercising today for the first time in entirely too many years. 15 minutes of walking…woo!

Good luck. I joined, oh, four months ago? And have lost seven pounds. Yeah. I am determined though, to get the pregnancy weight off before she hits one, so…I better get moving.
