I’m not sure why the subject of politics incites people to a point when they cross that line. Given nearly any other subject, people know to rein in their feelings. It’s so odd.

While I feel confident in my vote for President Obama, no matter what side a person is on they should always be polite when talking with other people. I absolutely loathe debating things like that. Unless I set out for it and was working the campaign trail, which I did. And even then I always kept it positive. I would never say that someone deserves bad things because they voted for the other guy. That’s just mean. I have lots and lots of opinions but you know, a great man (or woman) once said – opinions are like assholes…everyone has one and everyone thinks everyone else’s stinks.

WTF DUDE!! That is messed up. Hubby and I have a friend like that. His opinions are right and if you have an opposing view he will argue with you until you give up and want to punch him in the face. Money doesn’t = class. Not. At. All.
