I’m going to re-post the anniversary post I wrote last year. But I’m going to add some things…
Today…is our 7 year anniversary. Happy Anniversary!
I’m NOT going to write about the fact that I knew, relatively quickly, that you were “THE ONE”. That’s just flat out embarrassing.
I REFUSE to tell everyone how much I love you. I’m NOT a mushy type of girl.
I’m COMPLETELY OPPOSED to announcing how happy I’ve been…on the most part…these last 7 years. I wouldn’t want you to get too comfortable and complacent!
I’m NOT going to quote a card that I gave you for Father’s Day a couple of years ago, stating that I’d follow you anywhere. Even if you were lost!
I REFUSE to expose the fact that you’re my BFF. Always and forever. Because it might hurt feelings 😉
I’m COMPLETELY OPPOSED to writing about how pretty darn good I think our marriage is. Despite certain small obstacles, which are basically manageable. Sometimes. Depending on our moods. And depending on how well we’ve ignored them.
It would be RIDICULOUS to mention the fact that I’m so lucky to have a husband who is supportive of all my quirky endeavors. I wouldn’t want you to decide that I can’t go to BlogHer and SITScation!
I wouldn’t want to bore the couple of friends I have that still hang out here with me. And, I wouldn’t want to embarrass myself. OR you!
So, I won’t mention any of those things, OK?
I’ll just go ahead and wish you, my husband, a very HAPPY Anniversary. And, may we have many more…YO!
XOXO
p.s…don’t tell anyone but…I love you!
Happy Happy Day. Cheers to reading this in 50 more when it will download straight to my brain along with my morning coffee.
Aww! 🙂
Happy Anniversary!
Love this! Happy Anniversary! I’m also luck enough to have a husband who supports my quirky endeavors.
Happy anniversary!
Happy Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary! I refuse to say this is a great post! But it is!
It’s a good thing you didn’t get all mushy and say all that stuff.
Happy Anniversary!
OMG!!!! That was beautiful!
I’m not even going to tell you Happy Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary! Hope you have many, many more happy years ahead that you won’t tell him about.
