I was so excited when I was contacted by this lovely woman, Debbie, to do a review and giveaway on a BOOK!! Not anything to do with ADULTS and TOYS…if you know what I mean!!
So…I told her I would happily do a review of this beautiful book called Dinosaur by Little, Brown Publishing Company. And I sat by the mailbox…waiting for it.

THIS…is an amazing book. It’s gorgeous. It’s meticulously detailed. And incredibly documented. This book is SURE to bring hours of enjoyment to kids…and adults…who are fans of all things dinosaur!!
My five year old…he isn’t that into dinosaurs so he checked it out. Thought it was super cool. And then went back to playing with his action figures. Typical for him.

So…I showed it to my 12 year old son. And my 11 year old son. And THEY LOVED IT!! They thought it was the coolest book. So…
I hid it. Because I didn’t want them to destroy all the fold outs. And tuck ins. And tri-folds.
Yeah…it’s THAT cool! And I don’t want it to get ruined.

Then…I took it out of hiding and…
I showed it to my 6 year old nephew. Who almost stole it. But…I tackled and tripped him and took the book out of his arms. I’m THAT kind of auntie!

Guess what?

    Oh that is so cool. Mister Man LIVES dinosaurs. He knows more about dinosaurs now than I ever did – although I’m learning. Did you know that just about all two legged dinos were meat eaters and most four legged ones were plant eaters? Me neither until he told me. I have been trying to find informative but cool books on dinos for him. This would SO rock. Very cool! 🙂

    Ohhh I love books and I love to read to my grandkids. This would be an awesome book for my grandsons to go along with the box of dinosaurs that I keep on hand for them to play with. Thanks for the opportunity!!

    My grandson would absolutely love these books. We’re very avid readers and he’s a huge, huge, huge dinosaur fan! Sounds like a great book to own and cherish.

    My kids absolutely love dinosaurs. I am constantly being chased around the house by three foot tall velociraptors.

    This book should go well with the story that my 3 year old told the other night about a mommy dinosaur and her baby who left the museum to go eat at Moe’s, but were chased out by the mean giraffe dinosaur who was also out to eat the baby elephant dinosaur.

    I was completely confused.
